Check-in was friendly and fast. Room was clean with a comfy bed & pillows. Enjoyed a very warm pool - perfect for the cooler winter temps. Walkable to downtown shops & restaurants. Some nighttime noise from helicopters (medical center across the street) woke up my partner.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at 7 Springs in a handful of years and sadly, the property is falling into dilapidation and disrepair. On our recent (and final) visit we were shown 3 rooms where there was either very stained carpeting, worn out furniture, water damaged bathroom walls, etc. Outdoor furniture is falling apart and the small pool that is prominently pictured in advertisements has been empty and unusable since the first time we visited over 3 years ago when we were told "it's under renovation." The front office staff was great and tried to accommodate us with a decent room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there isn't anything they can do that justifies the nightly rate that is too expensive for the current condition of the property. The ownership should be ashamed.

Our room was close to the heavy traffic street with so many cars driving by throughout the night creating so much noise. Very unpleasant feeling. Also, Hotels.com said “coffee/tea served at the common area of the hotel but they no longer do that. You should update the fact. This is only my suggestion but they should also provide towels for people at the swimming pool and spa.

Been coming to Palm Springs for 20 years and usually stay in the same place but decided to try this property and I’m so happy I did!! Check in was a breeze and parking was ample. Stayed in the room with the king sized bed and kitchen which was super clean and had everything we needed. Sat in different areas and enjoyed the water feature and quiet of the grounds. I would completely stay here again and most likely will on our next visit. Bravo 👏

Large room and nice outdoor seating area. Very walkable. The battery on the safe had run down but maintenance was quick to fix it. Bathroom is small with nowhere other than a dirty window ledge to put our toiletries. Biggest drawback was the thin walls- you could hear everything from upstairs and adjoining rooms.

This was a good hotel. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, everything worked, there was adequate (free) parking, and there was nice outdoor space with two pools and firepits with chairs around them for cool nights. There is also a paid washer and dryer if you want to do laundry. The hotel is very close to Palm Canyon Drive, the main drag with restaurants and shopping. It’s at the north end of the shopping/restaurant area. There are a few things people should be aware of. The hotel does not service the rooms unless requested. So, if you expect to come back to the room each day to a made bed and fresh towels, that only happens if you request the room be serviced. You may want to bring a bar of soap or body wash for the shower. The hotel only provides a small bar for hand washing. The hotel office closes at midnight. If you get in late and won’t get to the hotel until after midnight, that could be a problem. We got back to the room one night at 12:20 AM and the room key didn’t work. Went to the office to get the key reprogrammed and imagine my surprise that it was closed. Luckily my wife, who typically goes out with empty pockets, had her key with her. Otherwise, we may have been sleeping in the car. Overall, it was a good stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, but barely passes for the price
Hotel was clean. Everything on the outside looked beautiful. However everything felt a little run down inside the room. The chair's fabric was all torn up. The bed felt broken so that the head of the bed was lower than the feet, and it came with cheap lumpy pillows. The latch on the coffee maker was broken, etc.
