The property was old, which is fine but, it was in horrible shape. There were bits of carpet outside in the hallways that you constantly trip over. The room was very small and dirty with stuff smudged on the mirror and the dresser as well as smoke lingering in from someone who appears to live full time a the hotel. It was so bad but to late to change hotels so I took one of my shirts and put it over the pillow like a pillow case so I could try and sleep. The one light in the room was a bare bulb at the end of a rope with a knot in it, no globe or lamp shade just a bulb. This place isn't worth $20 a night let alone more. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Good luck trying to check in, we were outside for an hour calling and knocking on the door. When my bf finally got ahold of the guy inside, he was promised a refund for a stay we declined because the guy was sketchy and wanted $100 cash, no option to have the charge on the card. He said he would reverse the charge and he never did. Expedia said there’s nothing they could do because they can’t get ahold of the guy for confirmation. Don’t waste your money or time.

I killed two roaches. I asked the man at the front desk to provide roach traps--he claimed he wasn't allowed to do so. He said he would have the room treated, but that didn't happen. Holes in the curtains. Cigarette burn on the bedspread. Broken chair. Hair in the shower. Neighbors making noise literally all night. Light fixtures not finished. Burned out light bulb not replaced. IT WAS AWFUL!!

This is an older motel. It has been updated for the most part and everything worked well. My one complaint is that the beds aren't comfortable and should be replaced. But, for the price, I can't complain (except for the beds). Location is great: close to downtown and east palm canyon dr.

The property is actually very decent. The room was clean. Water pressure was little weak but it was fine, hot water is still hot enough. I am surprised they still provide body lotion as other motels don’t anymore. Love the fact that they have a microwave! They have two swimming pools, I thought one of them was a jacuzzi but it wasn’t. Given the price is inexpensive, I will definitely come back!
