The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The manager was wonderful and kind. The room was clean and well decorated. This hotel is in a great location near Jardin du Luxembourg and lots of good restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again.

The front desk staff were very helpful, offered information, booked tickets for us to visit the Louvre and for Seina cruise. The hotel is clean, with AC , daily room cleaning. The small lounge was cozzy. You could have coffee, tea and cookies earlyafternoon. We were out visiting each afternoon so didn't attend. They offered breakfast , with plenty of options, good coffee and cold water. The location is excellent. We had a balcony and could see the top of the Pantheon. The Luxemburg gardens were just a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get to the hotel from the airport by RER B line. We enjoyed our short stay ( 3 nights).

An elegant hotel with a view of the Sorbonne. Lovely room with refrigerator, coffee maker, and safe. Bathroom was tight but well appointed, with plush robes, toiletries, and hand held shower in deep tub, The bed was comfortable for two, but did have some sag on the near side. The staff was helpful and spoke Spanish, Italian, German and English. We didn’t take advantage of the spa facilities, but will next time.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Easy and convenient. Several restraunts and bars locally. Close to the Sine to walk everywhere. We walked close to 15 miles a day and explored the whole city. Great option for active people whonjust need a nice quiet place to sleep that is clean and accomodating.

What we loved: 1. location location location, Right next to La Sorbonne, walking distance to Notre Dame and the left bank restaurants on one side and Jardin du Luxemburg on the other side, close to several metro stops; 2. Charming rooms, while small, the bathrooms are remodeled with nice rain showers, and they provide comfy slippers! 3. Very nice and helpful staff: we arrived at the hotel at 12:30, way before the 3pm check-in time, but when they learnt that my teenager child was feeling sick and needed to rest, they gave us a temporary double room to stay until our room was ready. Really appreciate that! In short we highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel provides water with good coffee in the room which is not that common for France and air conditioner was working pretty good which is also not a given in many hotels.

The GHSM was a good, clean and central location. Leila greeted us and checked us in, explained the train/bus system and her English is quite good. Buffet breakfast has lots of options, tad expensive for a breakfast buffet but it is EU. Rooms were quaint and was what we expected, AC worked great as well.

Rooms are a little outdated. The relaxation room smelled of rotten eggs and we had to move rooms to a smaller room than what I paid for. Since it was through Expedia the hotel would not allow any concessions.
