Loved the front landscape! B'fast staff were very warm to customers. Tyler was greatly helpful the night we checked in to correct quite uncomfortable snags in room and hallway conditions.

Had a small gator in their pond and knew about it. refused to accept payment in cash for my reservation for the 4th of July. Ended up in my vehicle for 3 days in myrtle beach because there were no rooms available. BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

Convenient to myrtle beach and economical comparatively speaking. Had a sprinkler head burst 3 rooms down, so the disaster response team had equipment everywhere in the hallway addressing the issue. a little noisy, but hey, crap happens

The pool and the gym was closed. We asked when it will be open and they said they didn’t know. It opened the day we were leaving. We were not happy.

Stressful all night.
Wanted a drink of water after check in. There were no plastic or glass drinking glasses, just 3 paper coffee cups. My dog brought me one piece of strange looking candy, a used QTip and a bobby pin she found on the floor in the room. The person in the room above us stomped around like an elephant half the night, which set my dog into guard mode. Not normal for her in a hotel room as she usually doesn't notice normal noises. On a good note, the front desk gentleman was great.
