The tv only had 4-5 stations and 2 were all scrambled , told front desk and they said they would send someone, which never happened. Very noisy in hallways and other areas of hotel. A lot of kids running around without supervision. Went in pool with 2 grand children and we witnessed a group of 3 kids around 6-10. And also another group of 2 (8-10. Without any one else in pool area whatsoever. Food at altos was very good

I’ve stayed at other Canad Inns so have a decent expectation for what they should be. The king room we had was just okay. For the cost, $175 for one night, it was disappointing. The bedding was clean, good pillows, but the floor looked dingy and dirty (should get rid of the carpet) and the air conditioning was so loud. The hallways and elevator could use a good clean. It would be nice if they had the elevators more secure to go up and have the card scanner as there was a lot of late night traffic in and around the hotel when we’re checking in around 11:30pm. The front desk staff were pleasant.

The area around the property feels unsafe and alone. The infraestructura of the hotel looks old. However was very clean and the restaurant inside the hotel Altos has good food and service!

The hotel offers affordable rates and decent facilities. The room was clean, but the hotel was quite busy during our stay, and the pool area was very crowded. Some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating.
