Close to airport which is nice. A lot of people going in and out of the building and anyone can go up the elevators onto floors with rooms. Adding a key lock on the door or on elevators so only guests can access would feel a lot safer. And having separate entrance with full time security/check in for public access

We stayed for a weekend. First checked in we were not acknowledged, But we were patient lots and lots of people around the reception and nowhere to sit , I feel like that could be hard on families and for the elderly. We had got the jetted tub room with a king size bed. I had brought a dishwasher tablet to do a run for the tub, the tub was surprisingly super clean. Room was super clean. Sucks that both windows are not able to be opened not even the slightest. The air conditioner does not get cool enough even on the lowest setting we were sweating each night. With the air conditioner, it is sealed right up so it's not accessible to be cleaned. Which is concerning. Overall niceish room. I'm sad we spent $500 bucks for two nights and we were sweating our faces off and breathing in bad air. Maybe dont get this specific room!!??

When we arrive toilet was plugged, later notice sink was plugged , next morning toilet was still plugged, changed rooms. Elevator smell Like weed most of the time , outside people smoking weed close to the doors. Staff was very friendly

Absolutely awful. People outside the main entrance smoking pot. Room was musty and smelly. Carpet was damp and sticky. Beds were too soft. Fan was ticking all night. There was poop in the toilet. Never ever will I stay there again. Just gross!!

Room was nice and staff were great. Was awoken to people above us shouting and threatening to harm others. Others roaming through the halls and hotel were rude and intoxicated. Nothing the staff did wrong just other guests around were terrible.
