"Was really impressed by the service at the hotel. Robin, from the front desk, was incredible in helping me organize shuttle service to and from the airport after a lost bag fiasco. She was super friendly, genuine, helpful, and made a stressful situation feel easy. Shout out to her, big time. Room and bed were great. Very comfortable. Clean. Well maintained and updated. The breakfast voucher was a great touch and I was very pleasantly surprised at how the hotel did so many little things right. "
