"Wonderful stay at the Reef Coco Beach. All staff members we encountered were friendly and always willing to help. The resort is small and the afternoon pool games are not on the same level you'd get at the larger resorts, but the activities team always worked hard to keep people interested. However, we wanted a smaller resort, so it was just what we were looking for. Walkable to 5th ave and completely safe to do so. The food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive. We had no issues getting dinner reservations at either of the a la carts, but we also frequented 5th ave for late afternoon drinks and dinner. The only downfall was we received phone calls everyday from the concierge, we are assuming to try and sell us on the timeshare, we never answered. I mentioned it to the front desk, and the worker was well aware but seemed uncomfortable with wanting to say anything to them. Rather than making her uncomfortable we just left it. Overall we had a great time and would go back. "

"The staff were VERY accommodating, nice, and quick to respond to our queries and needs. Even though we arrived late (past midnight) we still got a quick tour of the property on the way to our room, check-in was smooth and we received a warm welcome. The facilities and property felt very clean and new, the design is modern and layout made it feel like a village even though it's a large resort. They have these long golf carts that run throughout the day going from one end of the resort to the other, which was nice since it can be a 5-7min walk to the beach depending on where you're staying (a nice break on a hot day too). The beach was also lovely, the water is clear and clean, and the resort really is beach front. The beach front itself is very large, but going in the first half of November my partner and I felt like it wasn't too difficult to get a spot on the beach. Also, having walked along the beach to compare other resorts - Ocean Riviera's beach seemed to be the best in terms of keeping the sand very clean, free of large rocks and maintains the seaweed regularly. We would definitely come back to this resort, it would make a great resort for families and couples trips, we saw groups of all types here having a great time. the El Baso building is adults only, the families stay in a different building. Each building has their own pool too which was nice. The only thing we found a little confusing is how to book certain restaurants, otherwise 10/10 experience! "

"This was our first visit here. You read the reviews and wonder how true they are. This resort was great. The staff super friendly and helpful. We did have to take the stairs to the 5th floor because the elevator only went the 2nd floor. But with as much as we ate and drank we probably needed to take some stairs. We would definitely stay here again."

"Love the property, Staff very attentive to guest. Shops everywhere, only thing I don’t care for is every other step outside of the Hotel, a vendor is trying to pull you into their “Family Store”😂. I will return again!!! Mister Bee, Ga."
