Such a great place to stay with the family. Everything about this hotel is great. The breakfast is great. The pool is great. The hot tub is great. The people working there are great. We will definitely be staying here when we visit Redding.

All good but Gym had no towels & no sanitizer wipes. Those are necessary in shared spaces where people tend to sweat.

Booked a double queen room, was given a single king room. Asked the person at the front desk and they stated Expedia booked it as a single king room. Was told to use a pull out bed if I wanted a second bed. Random black hair was on the bedding. Breakfast was completely out of almost everything besides cereal and bread. Terrible experience.

Not the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in. The availability of breakfast foods was slim pickings. That was very disappointing. I've never experienced that with a Holiday Inn Express.

I have stayed here many times always enjoy Redding I come here for work rooms are spotless and the airs will freeze you out which is great for the 110 Redding heat but I can’t say enough about Cassie and Carlie they were always helpful and so pleasant !! Cassie and Carlie go out of there way to make your stay by paying so close attention to detail to everything 5 stars will always stay here
