"Walking through the gates of Visakha was like walking into an oasis. The staff are welcoming and happy. It was lovely to see the same faces and talk to manager Jay. My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Everything was clean and inviting. With an outdoor bathroom downstairs and great space, mini bar, robes and slippers we felt relaxed. The pool was cool for dip anytime and with the lovely garden surrounds everywhere, it was very tranquil. We ate a few meals on premises as well as the complimentary breakfast and enjoyed traditional Balinese dishes while the boys could also get a pasta or burger. Each day we caught the free shuttle into the centre 5min drive to enjoy some shopping and the beach. We experienced onsite massages and pedicures in a beautiful peaceful beauty space and got some washing cleaned which came back folded and ironed. Reception is only an internal call away and we’re there for all our needs. Transfers to the airport and late checkout was arranged. We will return here, for a tranquil relaxing stay and 5mins drive to the centre. Thank you Jay and team. "
