Facilities are very worn, plaster repair in the bathroom without painting over, AC did not actually cool the room - was colder outside so we opened the window. This location needs to be remodeled.

My room was a king bed suite. The fridge freezer was full with ice buildup. The water was orange when turned on - after 3-4 minutes it would eventually run clear. There was no toilet paper holder. The breakfast was good and the location was good.

Lobby is shabby, front desk was vacant or not attentive. TV didn't work, called front desk. They were to send someone, but never arrived. Maid service is only by request, towels had to be gotten at front desk. Good thing I will never have to go back to Maine.

Check in was easy. Room had problems; loose and broken toilet seat, broken chair with high risk of falling over, other clear maintenance issues. Otherwise room was acceptable and staff working very hard for customers. Property was quiet despite proximity of highway.

Rooms were only cleaned upon request and this was not explained on check-in. Even when I requested that my room be cleaned, it was not. Breakfast was average. Hotel was a little run down and overpriced.

It was adequate for our 1 night stay. Both rooms missing curtains that would have blocked the light from the front parking lot. Rooms are worn and could use an update. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice.

First room we were given smelt so badly of cannibis it was awful. We went back to reception to complain and were told we had accidentally been given a ‘blacklisted room’ and apologised to. We were then given a second room that also smelt so strongly of smoke that it was over powering despite been a non smoking room. We were given the keys to 2 other rooms to view, one was dirty and the other seemed OK so we stayed because it was late and nothing else to book in the area. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, it was obviously a nice building and hotel a few years ago but it seems to be left to ruin, it needs updating, a good clean and the non smoking rooms need to be enforced. I wouldn’t recommend.
