Staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean. Parking is valet only and was packed into the street at arrival. We paid to self park. Left to go to an event, came back at 8pm, and valet was full. Suggested secondary lot was also full. 3rd lot was sketchy and located across the freeway, but we parked there after unloading our babies and anything of value from the car.

It’s a beautiful hotel and I would stay again but, they gave me the wrong room. I booked one double bed room, and when I went into my room I saw they put me in a room with two beds that are like much smaller than a queen but bigger than a twin. So it kinda sucked. In the photos I saw, it showed only one bed, not two. I stayed with my boyfriend, and we live together so sleeping on two separate beds sucked. I would recommend making sure they check you into the right room. The rug that was in my room was dirty and stained, you can tell it’s been abused by past people who stayed. And under the beds there was old food also from them. So i definitely didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot around the room. You have to do valet parking, otherwise you can self park into another completely different building. And it was $35 a night for valet parking. Breakfast was included and I do love that part.

Charges for parking. What hotel doesn’t have parking. Also we payed for late checkout and they still turned off our keys at 12, despite literally paying to be there til 3. But beautiful place regardless. Just ridiculous for having all these “Add ons” despite the price we already payed.

Hoping it was just an off day...
This place used to be the nicest around, but when we were here, it was overpacked with people, there were people partying in nearby rooms and in the hallways into the early morning hours, breakfast was a mess, and there was no valey parking spots available--- they were full, so we were forced to park across the street in the parking garage (which was actually much cheaper, but so inconvenient when you have a medically fragile child). I had to leave my daughter in the lobby of the hotel to take my car across the road to the parking garage- it was uncomfortable, as a parent, absolutely. Ultimately, our room was clean and comfortable, but the stay overall was not a great experience.
