This is almost a diamond in the rough. There were a few more minor things that could be updated to make this place even better (like better shower heads), but especially with the price we paid, it felt like a great deal. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice area to spread out. We had a great visit.

Dated but clean and comfortable. Shuttle pickup was very slow at airport but excellent on way back. Breakfast is basic. Area is terrible with talk all over and people living in the streets. Not many dining choices

Pleasant staff. Close to the Airport 10 min. The shutters in the rooms do not darken the room! Not cool. Needs to be dark in order to sleep. There were small ants on the heater.

Like so many other people have said the property is great. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. The surrounding area is inundated with homeless people which is a shame and not the hotels fault. Will definitely be back.

Lady hotel worker(not a server) was eating breakfast there. It didn’t look good at all. She was even grabbed some food to go. We were uncomfortable this situation. Hotel workers not supposed to use clients areas! Front desk person not smile not greeting! Need orientation for hotel workers. Other then that, all good!

Great stay but certain amenities…
The hotel stay we had there was for the most part fantastic. Only a few amenity issues, though. In room 108, to apply the deadbolt lock was very difficult from the inside. That needs to be fixed. The water pressure in the shower was kind of poor. Lastly, the bed was not comfortable at all. It definitely needed a mattress topper because it was way too stiff. Other than that, there was plenty of parking, the hotel was super clean, the continental breakfast had a great variety of food options, and the service staff were very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again but as long as those mattresses get changed out. Oh, also, the hotel internet cut out all the time: so needs to be updated or tended to.
