I stayed at this property on November 26, 2024, and was assured that my deposit would be refunded the following day. Nearly three weeks later, after more than 10 phone calls, I have yet to receive my money back. Each time I call, I'm given a different excuse and promised a follow-up, but no updates have come my way. I initially raised this issue a week after my stay, expecting a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, it seems my concerns have not been taken seriously. During one call, I was informed that my deposit is visible on their end and that there’s no legitimate reason for the delay. Despite this acknowledgment, my situation remains unresolved. As a young man navigating this process, I feel my concerns have been overlooked. I sincerely hope this review prompts action and leads to the return of my deposit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Staff was accommodating. I wish they were more attentive in having shower caps and slippers for guests. Comfortable bed, not so comfortable pillows. Property front door had staff. The back door which is open to public restaurants and out door shopping mall did not have any staff attending it. Pretty much anyone can walk in and follow a guest to the elevators which are located in a hallway away from the reception. Could be made safer.

Great but elevator broke
Great stay. My only comment would be only 2 of 3 elevators were working. After a concert at Golden 1 we waited in excess of 30 min to catch an elevator back to our room.

We loved the location. Walking everywhere was awesome. Tunnel to old Sacramento was cool. Bakeries and Coffee right outside the door. Rooms were quiet. Rooms are very nice as well as the shampoo, conditioner and body wash excellent quality.

Very classy place close to Golden One Center. Our room wasn't ready at 4 so they set us up with a couple of nice drinks in the hotel bar. I also appreciated a newspaper in the lobby. Nice touch.
