Staff was extremely friendly, and check in was a breeze. Beds comfortable, and although near a busy freeway, street noise was minimal. Only thing to note, room numbers were very small - I had to get out of my car and walk up to the doors to see a number 🙃 lol besides that - we'd happily stay here again!

Great people, HORRID location.

The staff were WONDERFUL, please let me note this out the gate. This is an older hotel that got some sprucing up. The rooms had comfortable beds, but if one was a small child, disabled, or had a small hip issue, a step stool would be required to get in. The bathrooms had great tile work, and were large enough. Where the real issue comes in - the noise. We were put near HWY 160, and there is no sound wall, and with trains nearby - nothing could block the incessant noise. It was nearly impossible to sleep.

The stay was fine the area not the best but the room was clean and other than there being no structure or system when it came to breakfast I’m not sure who to blame for that the hotel or the guess that stay there my honest opinion the guest are to blame but as a business you should have a system in place and or tighter regulations

Good price, good area, staff should give every class of person, the same respect and gratitude of service, no matter their personal imression of the customer. If i wasn't for the staff from a prior sure stay, that made me want this hotel brand to be my primary stay anywhere i go, i woulld change hotel chain to visit.

Don’t stop here don’t stay here. Our room REEKED of cigarettes and weed and there was non stop parties. Loud, uncomfortable and we finally called it and left at 4am.
