The area is very nice and Clean this was my first time being there and the lady at Counter was very nice and friendly thats why I gave it a five-star Rating.I will be Coming Here more often.I like it.

The front desk clerk (I think his name was Scott) was as rude as can be. He was short tempered and very provocative and insisted that we were being inconsiderate when in fact he was displacing his anger onto us. My husband and I have travelled and stayed at several locations around the world and have never been treated so poorly by a hotel patron/front desk clerk He is doing an extreme injustice to the reputation of your hotel. I am in hopes that he will be confronted and let go. We will never stay at this facility again due to this mans attitude.

Scott was very rude. I made a mistake on not adding my husband on the reservation and I asked how I could resolve. He answered with so much snarkiness and attitude I asked him why he was speaking to me that way. He then said “uuuggg” as if I was I was bothering him asking for help. I ended up fixing my error on my end without his help. I will never stay at this chain again. Scott , shot out to you never making a mistake in life. Customer service is not your strong skill, I hope you learn to have some patience and kindness.

Nice hotel-but the front desk person is a jerk.
Front desk check-in clerk was a total jerk. No smile when we were greeted - just very kurt. We felt like a bother to him. We came to the desk later to book another room for our trip back and he literally walked to the back and never came back. So I booked us a room elsewhere. As someone who works in customer service - this is not the person I would have representing my company to greet my customers. Other than that- vety clean, nice room.

It was very clean. The room came with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom has good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room was also very spacious and had plenty counter space and extra seating. We stayed two nights out of necesity due to house remodeling, and it was very convenient to go to work. I was able to grab breakfast and coffee both mornings before leaving to work, and that was nice too. Overall, very pleasant experience.

The shower stayed ice cold with very minimal flow like a drizzle. The shower drain was slow and would not open fully. It took forever to take a shower & couldn't switch to ta tub bath cuz it wouldn't it was gross.The toilet just kept running regardless of jiggling the lever. The sink water stayed cold too.

I contact management and. I one responded. I left my id and room card in the room 30 minutes after checking in. The front staff said he had to follow me to my room and tried to come in the room to see verification. He was combative and rude and he invaded my space. He knew who I was as I checked in with him, literally 30 minutes prior
