The hotel is a huge facility, a beautiful one. The location is an excellent one, within walking distance of all that Old Town has to offer!

Hotel building and location was good. Very close to old town. Rooms were not very clean and especially bathroom was not well maintained. Broken tub plug, anti- slip mat in the tub was not at all clean. Quantity of toiletries was laughably small. No wifi. Parking in the garage is not sufficient for the rooms in that building. We had to park in another lot and walk through the complicated maze of this hotel building.

Loved the Hacienda vibes that this location gives off. Love how open the entire property is. Pool and jacuzzi could’ve been bigger considering the size of the property. Parking wasn’t the greatest. Location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Way too expensive for what is happening there. The food is terrible, bartenders apathetic, and the front desk staff had to reset my key 3 times. The key cards are the main issue. Everyone had issues with keycards and had to walk to the front desk to fix.

We enjoyed the hotel staff’s friendly attitude. We liked the location of how close the hotel is in Old Town. All of the restaurants and shops are walking distance from the hotel. The Tequila Factory restaurant on site has a great brunch with reasonably priced food and beautiful views. We look forward to coming back.

Rooms are a bit outdated for the price and my room had a mold smell..I suppose since it is an old Hacienda… bed a little hard but overall I had great stay. Properly is beautiful and convenient. I will definitely be back. Staff is great.

Outside property and location was great. A little confusing. When I first checked in the man at the front desk was very busy BUT nice &professional. The room 311 was not ready. But because he was so friendly I didn’t mind waiting. The room was very outdated and felt dirty.A wash cloth had a hair in it. Super weak WiFi if at all. My daughter had an exam in the morning and was kept up all night because of the thin walls and people being very loud. In the morning went to breakfast. Daughter got the breakfast buffet $15 and I had a coffee. I was told that I could charge it to my room so I didn’t bring my wallet with me. The waiter told me he can’t charge it to the room and I would need to go to the front desk to pay. I took the receipt he gave me and went to the front desk. I said “ I was told I need to pay for this here.”Some blond lady ripped me a new one. “I can’t take a payment here!!” I told her what the waiter said that I needed to come here to pay. Again, she threw a fit telling me I can’t do that. She was so rude.All I was trying to do was pay! I went out of my way to try to pay. At checked out, I was told I couldn’t get a receipt because it was thru 3rd party. My rcpt showed I paid for an (oversized) room w/ sofa. I got a regular room no sofa. Spoke with Sherry a week later to find out charge details not even knowing the incorrect room charge. She was so rude! Probably the same person who yelled at me for wanting to pay for breakfast! Sherry needs a different job!
