We had a disaster at a previous hotel and changed over to the Marriott. The staff was so nice. Check in was a breeze. Our room was so nice. Never staying anywhere else.

They only place to park was in their lot for $30 a day!! The hotel rooms need an update - very worn & uncomfortable bed!! The location was off freeway - it was inconvenient & very confusing to get to & from hotel CIRCLE!!!

Overall our stay was lovely. Price and location were great, the room was clean, housekeeping was on par and check in was pretty seamless. Parking was a little tough at times, but the hotel was busy because it's peak season to visit San Diego. Our last night we did have a very loud room next door to us that also had a crying/screaming baby, so I will note that the walls are very thin - so if you're looking for a hotel that blocks sounds this one isn't it.

Great property. It was close driving wise to a lot of things. Be prepared to pay $50 per day on fees but overall we enjoyed the hotel. They even accommodate us cause our flight got us there early. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed it.

Not so impressed.
Room is a bit spartan. We stayed 4 nights. It had only 2 drawers yet it sleeps 4. There was no place to put away clothes. There is also no safe in the room. They do not offer free coffee in the lobby until after 10:00 am due to the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. When we were there, there was a large baseball tournament in town and the hotel was full of families with lots of small children. Very crowded, but I guess that's not their fault.

Good place to stay !!!
We had a great time; The staff was welcoming, and the front desk was friendly and fast for checking-in. The room was clean. We ran into one of the cleaning ladies, and she treated us super friendly. and the hallways smelled so good. The only uncomfortable thing was the spa. It just did not seem clean, and the jets did not seem to be working. Other than that, our stay was perfect!
