We loved the wide ocean view, comfortable room, and pleasant staff. The bathroom doesn't have a fan so it can get stuffy. Also, PB is definitely has a party vibe so be prepared for late night noise from the businesses surrounding the hotel (I clearly acknowledge this is not within their control). Look forward to a return visit.

Really great price for this beach hotel! Very clean, the staff is all very friendly. Easy walk to the beach and within walking distance of so many great places. Highly recommend staying here! Would love to come back next year.

It is quite obvious that a hard working team is in charge of the upkeep and running of this property. We loved our stay and felt comfortable there. It was clean and there were no funky smells (IYKYK). The price was fair for the area. We had a great stay.

The property is very safe and has it's own courtyards right off the beach walk that takes a key to access. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great place and now I know why it's not easy to get a room here ....

Great location, but not exactly a dream hotel
We specifically asked for a room away from trash and stairways on the top floor. Ended up in a second floor flounder another room right next to the dumpsters for the restaurants and at the top of the staircase. The body wash was empty in the shower and drain stopped did not work. There were ketchup stains on the outside of the refrigerator. We spoke to the front desk on the second day and they admitted that they accidentally knew us from the designated room to this room, but it was too late for us to move Housekeeping, came in and fix the shower gel and wipe down the refrigerator. However, we were told that the brain had been fixed. It was not. It never actually worked when there was any kind of water in the tub. Kelly as our visit went on the maintenance room got closer closer to our room and Saturday morning we had all the nose from the maintenance trash and food delivery trucks. It was almost unbearable. I just feel like that was a huge mess on there part flexing us as far north and away from the main building as possible, and exactly where we asked not to be, which is by the staircases and trash. We do appreciate the fact that our room was air-conditioning, which is a very specific question of ours, however, not fixing the drain stop was frustrating

Only gave 3 stars on staff, although mostly polite had an issue with a security officer sitting on the tailgate of my truck and harassing my dad for pipe and cherry pipe tobacco on the table outside. Also there was 8 hrs a day of construction in front of our apartment. I've stayed 4 times so far without construction but I guess they're at least keeping up the maintenance and the rooms are very large and overly clean. Overall I give 4 stars total. It's a very nice place to stay.

Great location but rundown
Starting with the positives. Great location right beside the beach. We had a view of the ocean so it was great to watch the pelicans and sunset. Hotel had great communication. Unfortunately the room and hotel as a whole is very rundown. It’s probably clean but it’s hard to tell. It desperately needs new paint and definitely furniture. It just had an ick feeling that was hard to get past. But it sure has potential. Loved going for morning and night walks along the boardwalk.
