The bungalows are nice vintage on feel, beds are outstanding the shower has kept the original tub to the property with handle from less than impressive replacement hardware. The shower head is, well hard to describe. If you're a business traveler in the "room has no desk, no chair, so you'll need your laptop in your lap. It's a place in the Happy Camper section that you're there for fun, to unplug and enjoy the property and surroundings. The lobby bar uff is an oasis great drinks, relaxing, social fireplace to chill and wonder why you haven't been here before. The outside patio with fire pits and lounge chairs invite hours of conversation and staff are attentive. The selection of places to eat and hangout have distinct personalities each totally different. Overall this is an outstanding place to stay. The front desk can be less gen z in attitude and more professional, but management can struggle to groom the best that come through the door.. I'll be back..

My partner used to come to the Town and Country as a kid and suggested we book once she learned of the renovation that took place. We were both extremely happy with the stay! The property is so nice! The pictures online do not do it justice. Great stay and we still definitely be back.

Great times at Town and Country! The pool and hot tub are NICE! The restaurants/bars on property were good too. Parking was included with our stay. And was close to plenty of places in San Diego. The only negative we have for our stay was the bathroom; it was smaller than expected. And it was a bit pricey for the room itself (but we’re paying for the ambiance of that pool scene). We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Gounds for the hotel was beautiful. Nice lobby bar that spilled out to the outside. Lots of places to sit and open aired restaurant with music. Cute quick service coffee place with pastries. Rooms were decorated cute with a retro look, however walls were thin.

Stay for 1 night. The property has very nice grounds and lively atmosphere. The room was renovated. My bedding and pillows had a stench of bo. Housekeeping came around 2 times wanting to clean my room before 9:30am. I felt rushed to get out. They held on to my luggage so I could go shopping Nearby which was greatly appreciated.

Very nice hotel .Clean and friendly staff.Dog friendly!Rooms remodeled .. but for some reason bathrooms are very old .The food is ok . Great location close to fashion valley and train. I would stay again!
