walking distance to little Italy restaurants and shops. We took a New Year's Eve cocktail cruise from the marina which was right across the street from the hotel. Very convenient and didn't have to drive anywhere my entire stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel! My family and I stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned everyday. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic! Great cafe downstairs with a variety of food, drinks and snacks. Would definitely come back to this hotel!

There was no electricity in most of the hotel. Apparently the problem started yesterday. Tower 1 and 2 had no power but they did put me in tower 3 which had lights.Had to walk down dark halls with glow sticks as lights. The rest of the amenities had no power. I want a refund.

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly. My inly complaint is the outrageous parking fee and the out dated bathrooms. I hit my foot with the bottom rail of the shower sliding door.

The best part about this property was the balcony, the view was fantastic. The room needs some updating, still has popcorn ceilings and furniture is old. Also a little loud because of close proximity to cruise port, and airport. Overall, a good price due to location and cleanliness.

The property enjoys a prime location, offering easy access to public transportation, ample parking, and proximity to restaurants and convenience stores. This is my second stay at this hotel, and I would prefer a room in the main building, as this time I was assigned a room in Tower Three. The only downside I noticed is that the closet is located inside the bathroom.

We had a beautiful bay-view room on the 5th floor of tower 1, and were treated to spectacular views of the bay throughout our stay. The things that made this location great were also the biggest downsides though, as the street in front of the hotel was very busy and noisy. We used a white-noise generator which helped quite a bit. The airport seems to open around 6:30 and you definitely hear it, and the cruise ship foghorn announcing its' departure early one morning was likewise disruptive. However, if you want easy access to the promenade and many wonderful museums and restaurants, it's hard to beat this location and the sunsets alone were worth it. Good food choices on-property for quick meals, a 15-minute shuttle ride to/from the airport, and great staff helped make our stay smooth and highly enjoyable.

Beautiful property and rooms. Check-in was a breeze and got a shuttle to the airport quickly. The view from our room was amazing. We were close to the ships across the street and from our San Diego Bay Cruise. We could see the Vets Day Parade from our balcony but we choose to get down on the street to see it. We will be staying here again!

well, based on the pic i was supposed to get a bay view with balcony seating, but it was only a narrow balcony with no seating. then the toilet has been leaking every 5 mins, had to shut the door to keep the room quite. there was water in the bathtub (not fully flushed). parking is too expensive as well. $42 overnight.
