walking distance to little Italy restaurants and shops. We took a New Year's Eve cocktail cruise from the marina which was right across the street from the hotel. Very convenient and didn't have to drive anywhere my entire stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel! My family and I stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned everyday. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic! Great cafe downstairs with a variety of food, drinks and snacks. Would definitely come back to this hotel!

There was no electricity in most of the hotel. Apparently the problem started yesterday. Tower 1 and 2 had no power but they did put me in tower 3 which had lights.Had to walk down dark halls with glow sticks as lights. The rest of the amenities had no power. I want a refund.

Close to cruise terminal
The hotel was a perfect location across from the cruise ship terminal. The airport shuttle was great. The mattress was comfortable but old. Shower was great. I did not use any services.

On the website for hotel, it lists free breakfast. No free breakfast. Had to go to restaurant in hotel to pay for breakfast which was expensive

The room was fine—nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. My biggest issue, however, was with the staff at the hotel’s gift shop. I’m a size 16, and the elderly woman working there went out of her way to make me feel self-conscious about my body. I had come in looking for a hoodie that said "San Diego" because this was a significant trip for me. I had traveled alone from New York to San Diego after my partner and I broke up, determined not to let that stop me from taking the much-needed vacation I had planned. I felt proud of myself for having the courage to make this journey solo. While browsing, I found a zip-up hoodie and decided to try it on. Suddenly, I heard her say, “I hope you’re trying on a double XL.” I turned around, halfway through zipping it up, and calmly replied, “Well, I usually wear an XL, and I think this fits just fine.” She looked me up and down and, with a condescending tone, said, “Sure, as long as you don’t wash it.” I couldn’t believe it. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. I immediately took the hoodie off, put it back on the rack, and returned to my room, where I cried. Later, I went down to the lobby and spoke to a manager, which I typically never do. He was apologetic and assured me he would address the issue with her. But the damage was done—my last full day in a beautiful city had been ruined by a staff member’s rude comments about my body. Because of this experience, I will never recommend this hotel or stay at a Wyndham again
