Good value for Fisherman’s Wharf
Generally, I enjoyed staying here during Thanksgiving week. Restaurant for breakfast was nice and convenient, and hotel is walking distance to the Fisherman’s Wharf and many restaurants and sightseeing activities. Main downside was its location next to the In and Out, which could be loud at night as they called out orders. Bring earplugs and you will be fine.

This hotel was comfortable and very well located. There was public parking next door and had some restaurants around to eat late at night which was very convenient. I payed for a king size bed and it was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be staying again.

Early for check in but they stored the luggage until later in the afternoon. Asked for a courtyard facing room but was not able to accommodate. May have been an issue if it was more than a one night stay (night traffic and early morning street cleaning) . Walkable to pier 39 area. Was able to walk (about 20-25 min) to pier for the cruise.

As soon as we got there, they were very helpful and helping us find a parking staff. There was very amazing. Robert helped us. He was amazing. The rooms were clean. We even got there early and they let us in our room The only thing is we had to check out a day early, my husband was not feeling well so we had to check out early and go home 😣

4 PM check in time expectations
Very clean, friendly staff great location just disappointed that by 4 PM. The room was still not ready and could not check in to park my luggage. I believe in checkout times and I believe in check in times possibly they need more staff to get the rooms cleaned and ready For 4 PM check in
