While the room was clean, the mattress was old and very uncomfortable, there was no control on the AC/Heat Fan which blew high speed day and night. At least in the room I stayed in, the bathroom was okay, but no towel bars near the tub/shower, the tub bottom was higher than the floor making getting out of the shower a bit difficult. Overall, the hotels if okay, the staff are friendly, however, just be aware you are charged a $20 Amenity fee/Resort Fee on top of your room and food charges and also $30 a night parking fee. While the room per night charge is enticing, once you add all the additional fees, the rate defiinitely goes up.

Ice machine not working on my floor . Refrigerator not working in room. Parking wouldn’t open . Had to go get another key. Pool was green. Couldn’t swim went for two days to enjoy the hotel didn’t work out . Nice hotel. How it looks.

“$30 Breakfast Buffet” advertised but once you sit down they charge you alla carré and the menue prices are so high that for your $30 you get a tiny sized platter with eggs and one cup of coffee. When I asked for I refill on my coffee I was informed that the waiter doesn’t have the authority to give me a refill on my coffee. Smelly expensive rooms too plus $30/day parking

Room smelled musty like cigarette smoke, they claimed it was humidity. Seriously? They have full occupancy apparently, yet there is always only 1 person at the check in desk. The hotel is worn and tired, needs to be shut down and renovated.
