This hotel is excellent, friendly staff, great location near Fishermen’s Wharf, spotless clean, large rooms with nice furniture. And all for a reasonable price. Public transport is easy, bus 30 to downtown, bus 28 to Golden Gate Bridge and the historic tram line F brings you to the ferry building and along Market street.

Our stay at Hotel Caza was phenomenal! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were nice and well maintained. They have a parking garage below the hotel which is an absolute game changer in SF! They have complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings. As well as complimentary milk and cookies in the evening. This is a very family friendly hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

There were hidden fees that I ended up paying, and the booking process was overly complicated. The area was extremely busy and noisy. I moved from the Grand Hyatt in Union Square to find some peace, but this place turned out to be even worse! I didn’t receive a room upgrade and was given the last room down the hallway, which was very noisy. The front desk staff was friendly, though.

A nice place with great location for vacation
This was our second stay at Hotel Caza, which is a really nice place, it seemed a bit less pricey than some other places in the same part of SF and is a great location for touristy stuff in the city. It has no free breakfast and be warned, the parking is an extra cost and is not included in the price of the hotel, and a great deal of extra money, about $70 per day extra. It does have a bar on site, a lot of games and recreation facilities on site, a nice outdoor pool, but no hot tub, and the rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. It is clean and the staff are very nice. You can walk to Fisherman's Wharf, to catch a cable car, and there are many restaurants and Ghirardelli square within walking distance as well.

We chose Hotel Caza because of the positive reviews that we read. These reviews did not disappoint. This hotel is very clean and the staff is very accommodating. It is also well situated; we were in walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and the Bay area, as well as the Cale Car and the many other tourist attractions. If you are planning to visit San Francisco, we highly recommend Hotal Caza. Thank you again for making our first visit very memorable.
