We only stayed one night but the staff were super friendly, room was clean, however a little noisy from street traffic. Restaurant was ok. Waiter very sweet and friendly. Super close to the cable car end station so we bought a day pass and took it to fishermans warf and back. (Long lines)

Terrible conditions surrounded the hotel. Good security, trying to keep the environment safe. The staff was very impersonal and listening to them speak down to everyone was tough to take. WATCH OUT for the resort fees. The Hostess at the restaurant really tried to discourage us from the 36-dollar breakfast buffet; asked 3x if we were sure we wanted to be seated since it wasn't included. Overall, it was a terrible experience for an Anniversary trip.
