On the arrival, I was given a room at level 4, the room was not matching the photo of the room . When we rest on the bed , we immediately feel body itching. We found the pillows were yellowish and also bed sheet with dark marks. Carpet is worn. Wall has cracks.
The room is so terrible , I asked for refund and cancellation and intend to move to other hotels immediately. I could not live in this slump room for 7 days. then the hotel try to solve problem , said , upgrade me to another room. At last, they showed us two other room, the first one's bedsheet also had dirt and black marks and yellowish pillow case. I refused to accept. The second room at level 11 then seems all pillows and bedsheets are white and looks more clean ( they did not upgrade me), I said I will try one night. the following 6 nights were ok . I do not have itching feeling. But, I did not dare to ask for changing bedsheet. Can't trust it. this hotel bathtub make lots of water on floor. However,
The service of the reception is great and helpful and speak very good English.
