I'll be back
Upgraded to larger room with two beds; I had a dental problem. The concierge got me the name and appointment very close by, very very quickly. Separately, throughout, all of the staff I dealt with are very kind and helpful.

Excellent location, right above Shibuya station but our room was quiet despite this. Easy access to bus services from right outside the hotel, we took a bus to and from Fuji Q highlands and also got dropped off from Haneda via the limousine bus right outside hotel as well. Staff and facilities both excellent. The convenience is worth the cost of staying here and I wouldnt even consider a different hotel in Shibuya if we come back again

Shibuya Excel was great for our stay. It was centrally located. The breakfast at the 25th floor was amazing. The Views at the rooms were also amazing and we even got to view the Shibuya Crossing from our rooms! Nice hotel with great location.

Hotel was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Our room had a great view of the Shibuya crossing. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here every time we are in the Shibuya area.

I had a little trouble navigating to the hotel from Shibuya Station, but this is mostly because Shibiya Station is massive with several exits and is a busy commuter hub. This hotel is incredible, staff are super friendly and helpful. So many food and shopping options to explore. The restaurant on the top floor is delicious with a gorgeous view of the city. Would absolutely come back and recommend this to others.

Everything was great but our room smelled strong if cigarettes. And the tub was a bit loose. I almost fell getting out of the shower. Other than that, it was great overall. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location and how friendly and helpful the staff was. I would stay again granted we get a room that doesn't have a cigarette smell.

The most convenient location if you are staying in Shibuya. You have the Shibuya station quite literally connected to the hotel -- while still having the comfort of a quiet hotel. Within walking distance to so many sights and shops. Great stay.
