the front staff was amazing but the noise level in the hotel was VERY loud........running in the hallway at all hours and dogs barking, very loud and not a relaxing stay

This is very close to the Maine Mall and right in the middle of South Portland so close to everything. The breakfast was good. I would love to see conditioner in the showers which was very much needed after a swim in the pool. Our room only had two papertowels left on an otherwise, empty roll. This was a problem with 3 kids in the room but we didn’t want to bother to ask for any.

Carpets were filthy, black and smelled horrible! For 300 dollars a night, I expected a fine hotel! Hilton properties have really gone downhill! Outside was overgrown. Cigarette butts everywhere. No parking and not a good area. Shameful!!

Room not very clean large stains on carpet by the bed mold in the bathroom smells like a old gym sneaker Neighbors very noisy in the middle of the night Had to stay this time, will not do it again Very disappointed for a Hilton property.

The room was neat ,clean and comfortable however ,due to the unhealthy location of the gym and the laundry room, and the out of order air conditioner I was not able to workout in the gym. The films and heat coming from the laundry room was unbearable .

Service was ok. Hallways were very dirty. Garbage can over flowing. Beds had no mattress cover. Just old bed linen. Overall did not feel clean.
