The staff was professional and the facility was clean. The room we stayed in was a little beat up. (The glass stove top was cracked and unplugged so we didn't use it.) The location, on the main road between a hospital, a mall and an airport, means that there is constant traffic and mixed clientele of overnight guests and long-term residents. As someone in the former group, it fit our needs and was clean and comfortable.

Tried to make me pay twice. Said I haven’t paid until I showed them my receipt from Expedia. Checkin took extremely long with me being the only person there. Some clientele are sketchy looking lurking around outside with doors open.

What I liked was the location. It is less than 10 minutes away from Maine Mall and other places to visit. The room was okay. What I disliked were the early check-in fees. It was my first time paying an early check-in fee when rooms were available. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM. They had more than five rooms ready, yet they wanted me to pay a $25 early check-in fee. I was surprised because they had five rooms available, and in just 1 hour and 30 minutes, it would have been 3 PM. It seems very cheap for a hotel of this kind. The breakfast was basic, but it was good enough to have something in my stomach.

Interesting stay for sure...
Room was fine, hotel staff was friendly. Location was not great for family however. When letting out our dog around 10pm, we witnessed someone doing hard drugs around back of the property (not an employee), and the hotel staff seemed oblivious to a handful of non-guest individuals that were loitering on the property. Including several men that hung out near the back entrance for most of our stay, constantly on their phones with a backpack that made the whole hallway of the first floor reek of marijuana.

Overall, the property was OK. The staff could’ve been a little bit more welcoming. No one appeared to be happy to be there. There was no elevator only stairs. No shuttle bus for the airport. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK! Overall, this establishment has a lot of potential once they’re done with the remodeling also the staff needs more hospitality training when dealing with customers. A smile never hurt anyone.
