Nice, Sweet Spot in Southern Cali
Jack is great at the front desk Very friendly and funny gentleman. Definitely went up and beyond when dealing with customer their for business trips or what not. Location is near some amazing delicious restaurants and of course you got Starbucks, Walgreens and Sprouts all in walking distance

Cancelled our reservation because they were “sold out” the day of and tried to charge my card although it was a “pay at property” reservation. My children and I were attending a concert so I was not focused on my phone.

Low budget apartment.
I stayed in a suite, I asked for handicap accommodations, i was told I had them but apparently they dont have them, which usually there are hand rails, but not here. The bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way, due to the shower curtain rod. The door couldn't close or lock, the door way into the kitchen could barely fit a single person to go through.

In general was so good and very nice place. Some problems with towels but it was not terrible. The cleaning and maintenance staff were great!!!

The Suite up on the 5th floor was a nice location/view and lots of space for the balcony. We love the place. Except for the ff: 1.) AC in the living room/kitchen needs repair and cleaning. 2.) Sink just outside the bathroom is leaking. 3.) Bath tub needs a redo on paint and shower head is dirty. Do not get me wrong we love the place it has a lot of space and privacy for two rooms. Really nice dining table. It is actually a full service residence but you need to bring our own pots and pans, kitchen utensils spoon and fork and knives.

The inn was a little old and run down, but inside the room it was very pleasant. I was impressed with how spacious and clean it was. The beds were comfortable and my daughter and I had a good night's rest. Thanks you for a great stay.
