I thought this property was pretty good for this type of hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, safe and good amenities in the room. I would stay there again if I came back to Spokane.

The swimming pool is too small for swimming, but you'd never know by looking at the pictures. The hot tub was not available because the roof over it was damaged, and apparently the hot tub was not in use for months. The staff has no idea when the rood will be repaired. Because the hot tub is not available, they should not advertise it. On the plus side, the swimming pool is available 24 hours a day.

Hygiene Provisions are excellent
I was so please to discover full size shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted to the wall with enough product for both myself and my daughter to be able to wash and condition our hair properly as well as a black rag for make up AND make up remover wipes!… that may seem simple but those three simple things are reason the difference in xoi fort and jsut getting by

Loved the fact I could relax & not worry about the cleanliness of the room or anything. Food was great for breakfast. Only thing I really noticed was the tub needs to be refinished with porcelain. It’s worn through & rust is appearing. We were in a pet friendly room so I expected wear, but haven’t encountered bedspread to be showing pulls & threads & a wear spot in the carpet. Other than that, the room was great.

Overall very happy with stay. Exceptional amount of traffic noise Friday night. Seemed to tunnel right down from area not blocked by wing of hotel. Also, Wi-Fi was not as good in the past….unknown if we were too far from front desk area Otherwise happy

The room was clean, beds comfortable and enough space that we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. The breakfast was better than expected. I would easily have paid for the breakfast and been happy. The fact it was included was excellent.

Wonderful breakfast, pool & hot tub available, in room microwave & fridge (they fixed the noisy fridge when I checked out…it was a long night!). I could hear the work trucks when they left very early in the morning with their backup beepers. No sleeping in.

The place was very nice. Pool rather shallow. Employees nice and friendly. Expedia was deceptive, which made for a negative feeling on my part. They pretend that they are giving you the full cost including all fees and taxes, and then $20 is added on. That made the price the same as all the other booking sites. So, I'll not use Expedia again.

This should have been a 5 star review because the facility and rooms are great, but the elderly woman with the short hair was just not friendly from checking in to every other interaction, service is not that hard.

The only reason I gave them a 4 has nothing to do with the facility, the noisy neighbors heavily closing their door at 3am and continuing until 430am was annoying!
