Both restaurants were excellent. Table 13 had a very delicious baked chicken and steak was yummy. The staff was very helpful in all areas. It was very close to the convention center. Literally across the street and down a block. We also enjoyed walking on the waterfall walkway. Very nice hotel.

It was a beautiful room with great views. There was one wall that was damaged when we got there, it needed to be repaired but was just kind of dented, not like a hole or anything. The chicken alfredo we got from room service was salty as an ocean but the other food was terrific.

Overall, we loved our stay. The only issue I had was the walk in shower. The floor can get very slippery and almost had an accident slipping. It would be nice if they could do something to prevent an accident. Perhaps a non slip mat?

Lousy checkin experience…. Parked the car.. went inside to check in. Only one person working the counter. After a a few people checked in before me and there was a line behind me the parking attendant came in and asked me to move my car which was not blocking any other vehicles. The lone check in attendant was nice and comped a day of parking.

There are very few hotels I've stayed at that I genuinely enjoyed. This is one of them! Extremely clean, well-furnished, great room size, and even electric blackout curtains (which I appreciated most of all!). The bed was comfy, bathroom spacious, and breakfast was good, too. The whole hotel is very classy without being pretentious. Would definitely stay here again.
