Was a perfect place to spend a night while we waiting to fly out. You cant get much closer to the airport without being at the airport. Our room was quiet and clean. The hottubs on the roof were a nice touch.

Upon entering room, went to take a quick shower and there was no running water. Called front desk and they apologized as said the water was off until 4pm due to maintenance. At no time during my check-in at the front desk was this mentioned (I checked in at 3:15). Water indeed came back on at 4pm, however the water from the faucet was brown for 30 minutes. The water eventually settled on being a yellow tinged for the remainder of our stay. Checked the shower and it was also tinged yellow. My husband and I went up to see the hot tub, since we were staying on the 4th floor. There were empty beer cans, wine bottles, split liquor and garbage scattered all over the place. Very gross and not welcoming. I have been to Applause and Clique and had zero issues but I will definitely not be coming back to Acclaimed after this.

Great hotel to stay at that is close to airport. Appreciate they have a shuttle. Hotel is very clean and staff is super friendly. Water pressure for shower is a bit weak, other than that it has great accommodations.

It was not the hotel we thought we were staying in. We have done this once before thinking it was the Clique Applause. Which is closer to the airport than the Acclaim.
