Absolutely a perfect hotel to stay at when in Shibuya. Great shopping, restaurants and a super market on the bottom floor. Extremely convenient to the metro. And Shibuya crossing was a birds eye view. Highly recommend the s property. Staff was very hospitable and helpful.

Location is second to non. Everything is just below the hotel from food to 7-11 to transport. Only negative part is the room. Bed abit to hard to my liking and below are too soft. Size is acceptable

Great location, right next to shibuya crossing and the train station! Considering how close it was to the busy streets, it was very quiet the entire stay. The hotel required a bit of navigating to find initially, but otherwise no complaints. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English well. Would definitely stay here again!

Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Tokyo. The rooms are quiet and secure, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in the heart of Shibuya. The view of the iconic Shibuya Scramble is stunning, and the location is unbeatable with countless amazing restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!

You can’t beat this hotel for location. Absolutely fantastic to shibuya crossing and train station. Rooms with 3 singles were very roomy with comfortable beds and the softest pillows you could ask for. Second time staying here and would definitely stay again.

Amazing location in the heart of shibuya. Being attached to the station was a huge convenience. Was on the 22nd floor and had an amazing view of the shibuya crossing.

Great location! Great overall views from the 25th floor restaurant and when you are going up and down the elevator. The room was just a bit outdated but, customer service was excellent.
