This place is not a hotel but a Motel. I was placed outside the hotel and when i asked to be placed inside the actual hotel the staff refused and advised additional charges would apply. The staff intended to say that if i book through Expedia i will always be placed outside the hotel which is ridiculous. I should not be penalized for booking through Expedia. Secondly, the room was not even big enough for 2 people. The outlets did not work. The phone did not work. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Location is great. Got a call earlier in week to confirm we were coming, then gave us room with one bed not two as we had booked. First said “ well there is a pull out couch” when we went back to lobby, but that wasn’t the point… they then gave us the room beside it, with 2 beds. Why not give it to us upon checkin??
