Book a hotel near University of Alabama-Huntsville, Huntsville

"We liked that it was convenient and was in a part of town that was not very busy. It seemed to be a new facility. Had that new construction smell. I do think they need to have some owners or managers to stay in the hotel a few days to see what could be improved on. One thing in particular is the motion light in the bathroom that automatically comes on when you walk in during the nighttime to do your business and it turns on some very bright lights. We couldn’t figure out how to make them not turn on. When we checked in, there was no one to greet us. There was button on the counter that said ring bell for service. A young lady came from the back in a sweat shirt, no name tag, looking at her phone and seemed to be more concerned about it than taking care of us. She asked me questions, but still kept looking at her phone. She took way too long to check us in. The other employees we saw were wearing uniforms and name tags. They were very pleasant. "
