"My family and I visit St. Augustine every year after Christmas. This beach house was old and rustic with some new updates inside. Besides no door on the upstairs bedroom, I wouldn’t say we had any complaints about the property at all. John was a perfect host. He even gave us parking passes to downtown. If you don’t know it’s at least 20 a day to park and with this it was free everyday. We loved the location. We literally walked across the street and we were on the beach. We look forward to visiting again and staying in this area. Thanks John for your hospitality. "

"First time to St. Augustine and this property was perfect. Beach right across the street, offset from road and surrounded by trees and shrubs gives great privacy. Close the stores and town. I loved the upstairs balcony. The stars were beautiful at night. Would definitely sty here again. We had a large party and everyone fit just fine."
