I made a last minute booking at this property as I had to stay the night due to delayed flight arrival. The staff were there at 2 am and very helpful at that time. I was glad I chose to stay there. One suggestion for the property is to look at the exhaust in the shower room - which is permanently on and is noisy. USB charging points would be good to have in the rooms.

Good location for airport stay
Great hotel for staying close to the airport, a little dated but for the price it's not really an issue. Restaurant food was nice but a little pricey. Staff were lovely and very helpful

One Night Business Stay
One night business stay, very comfortable bed, nice warm room and excellent shower. Good friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. 7 minutes by car to Manchester airport. Beautiful garden.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly / professional. The hotel was noisy in the early hours of the morning due to it being an airport focussed hotel and people waiting for taxis talking / moving luggage etc outside. Food in the restaurant was expensive and not great. I paid £14.50 for what appeared to be a microwave cottage pie. I personally wouldn't choose this hotel again, but like I say the staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Best Western - Manchester Airport
I was worried when I arrived as there was a private party going on which was very loud. However, when I got to the room I could not have anything. The staff were very friendly and the room was excellant. The following morning we went down for breakfast, and it was one of the best I have ever had. I would recommend staying here.

Everything about the hotel was excellent - except for one important thing: we were allocated a first floor room right over the function room where a disco went on until midnight. Any guest should make sure they are not in rooms 102 - 115 if there is to be a noisy function; the hotel needs to decide whether it is a hotel or a disco with rooms.
