"Person who checked us in was positive and helpful other staff were not. Couldnt figure out the coffee pot and no one would help us figure it out. We had fire alarm and i had to walk down 11 flights of stairs nearly killed me."

"Pro: Easy to locate Easy garage parking Amazingly kind front desk staff Filtered water station in lobby Pre bagged ice on every floor Food and shopping within walking distance Water front park across the street, great for sunny times Fridge in room Curved shower curtain rod Tommy Bahama products Cons: Homelessness is present but not extreme One side of building faces highway on ramp, so noise Building is older I would absolutely stay here again for a short stay. If you're not in the room too long, the cost and location is hard to beat. Don't expect the nicest room. It is standard. It is clean, and safe. So that's what really mattered. I enjoyed my stay."

"The property is centrally located and in a perfect place to walk or make use of public transportation. Allan at the check -in desk was exeptional and was very resourceful for providing dining options and entertainment venues. We only wish we extented our stay, two days was not enough. "
