"Grand Sirenis surprised us in the best way. The resort is clean, thoughtfully designed in a modern tropical style that makes you feel even more relaxed. All the staff, from the servers to the concierge is very friendly, kind and genuinely responsible, always greeted us with smile and happy to help. Got a lot of attention from the guest service staff, especially Abraham, that made us feel special on our honeymoon vacation. The food was another pleasant part - fresh, flavorful, and with enough variety to keep every meal interesting. From the authentic Mexican restaurant a la carte - to Asian restaurant with fire show, and Coffee shop with amazing pastries every morning - we enjoyed every bite. "

"We had a nice 4 night stay in #3 La Iguana. It is an older property but very spacious. Everything was great except for having a power outage for the first day/night and then no running water. Luckily it was restored on day 2 or we would have had to move. Communication with host/property manager was very good. The only thing we didn't like about this 2nd floor unit was that there was no real outdoor space (just a tiny balcony off the bedroom at the back). Location is at the very end of the road so a bit of a walk to some of the restaurants. Snorkeling out front was disappointing as the coral is in rough shape. But all in all, an enjoyable stay."
