"This is an outstanding resort we enjoyed immensely. The setting on the beach of Akumal Bay is spectacular and the extraordinarily comfortable rooms are truly “ocean front.” The staff is remarkably accommodating and the “vibe” is totally “chill.” Food was absolutely first-rate. We now consider Akumal Bay BC our favorite spot on the Riviera Maya and will be back soon."

"The best place to stay at in Riviera Maya. If you stay at a Bahia principe resort, you automatically get access to their other 3 resorts, enjoying more dining and entertainment options than you would at any other resort; and still under the “all inclusive” category. The staff puts a lot of attention to details. For example: I was surprised that because my husband bought some medicine for the stomach at their pharmacy, the staff followed up with us to make sure he was ok, they set up a “bland diet” for him through our stay, in case he wanted to use it; it was truly exceptional service. We will definitely keep coming here in the future. "

"Awesome property! Came here on our honeymoon and it was a perfect 10/10. Staff very attentive, food was excellent, pools were very clean and safe! Beaches were perfect. Recommend doing the turtle experience and participating in activities. So much fun and relaxing at the same time!!
