Book a hotel near Ferry to Cozumel, Playa del Carmen

"Everything at this hotel was excellent. Your room had everything you need except for clothes. They provided the traditional toiletries plus toothbrushes, shaving cream, and mouthwash, they had beer, soft drinks and filtered bottles of water in the refrigerator. They had Mexican treats and they had a small hand made baskets with candy on your bed every evening. I can't say anything bad about the property except they need a more detailed map and activities guide. They tell you to download the app. The app rarely works. My husband finally got on the app and it would have been very nice to have. In that respect we were kind of lost. The parks were all awesome. We went in the end of February and there were no lines. I strongly recommend this resort. "

"Great service. Great property if you purchase the unlimited xcaret pass as you don’t need to commit the whole day to the park - that way, you can go in and out to do short activities as you please. The park is also very easily accessible from the resort. Great food. The beach restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Some areas of the property did not smell great but other then that, I would highly recommend. "

"If you would like as near perfection this side of heaven, stay at Xcaret! This place is ideal for safety and security. Tip: Figure out which parks you want to visit before you arrive, actually call the hotel to reserve them! Restaurants, too, that require reservations. This way you'll get the most out of the tremendous amount available! Great for anyone -- except maybe the elderly? There was a lot of ground to cover every day. But if you're fit and can walk, enjoy the VAST offerings of Xcaret. Expect the best service and attention, a gorgeous property, unbelievable food, and lots to do."
