"We had a wonderful five night stay. The food options were excellent. The swim out pool was a perk and was refreshing to jump in at any time. We participated in an on site activity each day so leaving the property was not necessary. It was nice to have the option of either beach or pool lounging. The only negative for me was the king bed, it was firm and not what I’m used to so a mattress topper would have made my sleep more comfortable. Otherwise the stay was excellent and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a getaway in a warm climate. "

"The hotel was great, the servers all work very hard. Spice restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. We got to know lucas, roberto, jose and javier very well. The buffet isn't open during the evening. Daniel was wonderful serving drinks around the big pool."

"Everything was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had requested two rooms in close proximity and they weren’t ready until 6pm. They said we could have rooms at 3pm, but that they might be in different buildings. All the pools were really cold. Also, they said the hotel timeshare presentation would take max 2 hours and they kept us there for 5 hours (they’d switch sales people every time we said we weren’t interested). "
