"Beautiful resort. Quiet. Luxurious. Highly recommend for couples. We had an amazing stay at Chable, Maroma! It is a remote location and was perfect for celebrating our 20th anniversary!!! Everything was exceptional. Add to this an incredible beach location, extremely high standards of service, an amazing pool; not to mention a fabulous spa treatment!! Room are spectacular with you own private mini pool. The room we chose was a Jungle pool villa. It was secluded yet close to the pool and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and the bath is one of a kind. The best part: an indoor shower and an outdoor shower and you felt like you were in the jungle (very private). The food in the restaurants was amazing. The service at the beach/ swimming pool was top notch! The service at the restaurants was also excellent. We will definitely be back!!! "

"Palafitos was an unforgettable experience!!! The beach is shallow so the waves are never big. Staying on the water is magical. The Palafitos area is "quite luxury" style. EVERYTHING is designed to make sure you have a relaxing experience. The restaurant is wonderful. Though there are other restaurants on the property, we only visited the Caribbean once, and it couldn't even compare to Palafitos. You can have your lunch brought to you to your Bali bed. Having breakfast on our balcony was delightful. Having a butler was a nice touch. Fernanda was very attentive! Alberto was very friendly and helpful, remembered everyone's name. The beach attendant stole the show-Outstanding, excellent!!! He definitely loves his job. Made our stay extra special!!! Palafitos restaurant breakfast and lunch manager was so kind and went an extra mile 🙌 ALL Palafitos staff were next level, compared to other resorts we stayed at. There was seaweed, but they work SO HARD to get rid of it. It's going to be hard to beat this experience. Thank you Palafitos!!!! "

"On the property, it was better than what we had expected! We loved how there was wildlife hanging out (e.g., the iguanas), and the service was more than what we could've asked for. The food was way above our expectation. With personal preferences, we did find some things foreign, but there was not a meal where we were not satisfied. The ladies we had for room service (Claudia and Guadalupe) were very kind and did things we did not expect them to do (e.g., fold clothing that we had washed!). Booking tours and activities in the Cancun area was very convenient; reserving the shuttle to hotel (after arriving at the airport) and back to the airport was an easy process as well. Most of the staff members who we had passed by greeted us with "Hola!" which made us feel welcomed, despite being one of the few Asians around at the hotel space. We definitely would love to come again, and we would recommend this place to anyone who asks about where we went for our honeymoon!"
