Book a hotel near Paradise Beach, Playa del Carmen

"Valentin Imperial was amazing! The staff provided great service. A majority of them seemed to enjoy their jobs, which adds to the experience. There were many food choices and they were all fantastic! I couldn’t tell you my favorite, because each restaurant was unique. The grounds were clean and filled with so many beautiful trees, plants and flowers. The beach is beautiful and it was incredibly relaxing and quiet. Time was also spent at the pool, where it’s a little more of a party scene, but that’s fine too. It was nice having a mix of playful music and activities or being at the beach away from that. I often like to book a new resort for each trip, but this place was so great that I think it would be hard to beat. Thank you, Valentín!"

"It is a nice small resort. The beach was amazing, and the pool was also pleasantly surprised with deep 2.75 m areas. Food compared to other resorts was more tasty. I really loved the coffee bar close to the pool area. Of course if you wanna pointed something negative you can find everywhere. I give this resort 5 stars. P.S Resort must make more flexible time and price for late check out"

"We came here with our 2 year old twins and they absolutely loved it! The hotel feels like a wildlife retreat. There are wild peacocks, pigs, coatis, and other animals. Our kids loved it! The staff was friendly, especially Ramiro at the front desk, Jessica at the concierge desk and Octavio, one of the head chefs. There were a few negative: the property is very widespread and it takes forever to walk from your room, to the restaurants, pool, and beach; they also don’t have any elevators, which was a huge inconvenience because we had a stroller with us; the beach is not nice. It’s very small with very few chairs and is covered in seaweed. If you’re looking for the beautiful turquoise water, this isn’t it. The only nice part of the beach was the star prestige area, which of course your had to pay extra for. Overall though, I highly recommend this place for people with kids. "
