We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra day, wishing we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The resort is stunning, with beautifully landscaped grounds and multiple pools that offer a serene oasis for relaxation. We spent our days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying excellent beachside service. A standout feature of our stay was the exceptional service from our butler, Hugo. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From day one, Hugo made it his mission to cater to our needs—making dinner reservations, providing drinks, and checking in to see how we were doing. He was always there with a friendly smile and genuine willingness to help. The dining options were diverse and delicious, featuring fresh seafood and authentic Mexican cuisine. Each restaurant provided unique culinary experiences, and the buffet had an impressive variety. In summary, Ocean Riviera Paradise exceeded our expectations. We stayed in building 10 which was the perfect location! 30 second walk to the beach and pool. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the service was excellent!
