"Easy to find, close to the train, tram and bus routes. Great for people who suffer from mobility issues or those who needs to be close to town shopping centre. The staff at the accommodation were absolutely phenomenal. I at the minute have extra mobility problems and the staff was amazing at helped me in every way possible. Thank you! Obviously the building was an old building but the interior was exceptional and the room was welcoming, comfortable and most of all safe. Check in was straight forward and simple and has an adjoining bar. Fantastic for all ages."

"Stayed on a Monday night for our wedding anniversary. We got an upgrade to the top floor and a cake and card wishing us a happy anniversary. Also booked the spa for the next day,which was lovely. Excellent stay and would highly recommend."

"Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had a really enjoyable experience. It was Mother’s Day weekend and myself and mum arrived at reception to be greeted with complimentary afternoon tea. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were fully equipped and spotless. Even having an umbrella to use. Lots of little details that made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be returning and have told all our family and friends about our experience. Location was great. "
