This was where I needed to be. The food was excellant there was 5 of us and I only ever ate the same thing twice in the 14 days we were there. The Staff go out of there way to accommodate you. I have read some negative comments here. And I met a few people who wouldn’t have been happy no matter the conveniences. Like I said if your looking to have full relaxation then choose this resort. "First time at this place in Cozumel. It will be our new go to. We never left the resort for 5 days , it was that good. Will be back next winter. "

"We loved the location. Everyone was friendly. Grounds were manicured, clean, and beautiful. Condo was perfect for 2 couples. Clean, up to date, well maintained, Great views. Everything you needed and most everything you’d want was there. Very safe. This was our 3rd stay at Residencas Reef and this was the best unit. Pro Tips: there’s a fridge by the main pool no need for a cooler. Dona Chely’s road side Mexican food across the street. A little further up the road convenience store with 2 14oz Dos Equis :-) "

"We had a wonderful time. The room I got through Expedia was up a large hill and then we had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. I am not in the best shape so I felt like I was going to die everytime I headed to our room. However Pablo helped us get into a new room that was much better for me. The wait staff at Market cafe was all amazing: Rosanna, Kenia, Elizabet, Ricardo, Alberto’s, Gaspar, and can’t forget Mario. I saw so many people not tipping just remember it is an all inclusive but treat the wait staff well and tip them for there services. "
