No complaints really other then getting falsely charged for damage to a tub.
We stayed at this place for more than six months and really the owner of the unit did a great job having a place well stocked in advance for various things. A lot of personal property was in the premise so that made it kind of unusual. A lot of kitchen supplies such as spices, etc. were also there Which again we had to separate from ours.Communication wag a little bit whereas I would write a message to the owner and it would take a few days to get back to me. I actually couldn’t move in until the day after we were supposed to move in because I couldn’t park my car in there because there was no guard at the gate, so we got charged, and we didn’t even stay, which would’ve been equal to the amount close to damages he claims.Apparently, there was a stain left in the bathtub that I never used, which somehow he deemed possible? And Verbo will just automatically take the money out even though I paid for insurance for damage to the property so don’t ever waste your money doing that crap I do appreciate the owner giving a reasonable bid for what he claimed to be damaged but I probably will just take this up with a civil small claim court as a matter of principle.The worst part about this charge was that it was based on hearsay in a picture by his cleaning people people, and there was a lapse of about a week before I was notified of this. The problem I have with this is the cleaning people could’ve done themselves I have no idea what the stain was nor do I care.
