We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/heated pool and jacuzzi. There was also an outdoor patio area which was nice, but the firepit was not connected or usable. On our first night (Thursday, December 26th), we ventured to the bar at 9:30pm, and the bar tender quickly and rudely told us that the bar would be closing at 10. The next day, the older gentleman tending the bar was much friendlier and offered excellent service. The staff didn't inform us where anything was including the pool, and didn't offer up any useful information about the hotel or surrounding areas either. The parking fee is a bit steep, and we were charged a $20 per night fee that we weren't aware of at the time of booking. The rooms were clean and had a Keurig coffee machine.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, shuttle from the airport and to nearby office. Coffee maker in my room was not working and they promptly sent up coffee and someone to fix the coffee maker. Printer in the lobby was offline, so the front desk staff printed what I needed.
