When checking in I was advised by Bri that parking was $30. I reminded her that parking was advertised at $20. After going back and fourth Bri decided that parking spaces are no longer available and I would need to pay $25 at the Best Western to park. Felt like i was being extorted for additional money to park. This unfair business practice needs to stop.

Greenleaf was a boutique hotel that has 1920 charm. Very Quiet, convenient to walk the neighborhood. It had limited parking on the street, they do offer offsite parking for a fee. No elevator in the building and if you are a senior the hotel does not offer bellman service. This can be difficult if room is on the second floor. Staff was accommodating.

Newly remodeled, the hotel was very clean. I found the hotel comms to be excessive (6 texts, 5 emails and 3 voicemails) all regarding my stay. One text came 20 minutes after I checked in followed my a voicemail both checking to ask how my stay was so far. Only thing was they knocked on my door to place a new lamp (part of remodel) while I had the do not disturb sign on the door- this is something that could easily have waited after I checked out the next morning.

Clean and affordable.
The hotel was really clean, the bathroom is a bit in the small size. Also room is small,bed is comfortable. There was a small heater which did its job to keep The room warm. Parking was a bit cumbersome as you have to double park on the street to check in. Parking is a about two blocks away, might be beneficial to have valet parking.
